Owners Jeff and Margaret Richards oversee all aspects and day to day operations of the homes, while Jeff manages the job site daily. Jeff designs and draws all plans so that the buyer is not shuffled between an architect and the builder. The buyers are intensively involved in the design and construction process. Daily communication between  the buyer and the builder is encouraged. We believe that the "perfect" home can be built. Quality is not subjective, but is self evident within the materials used and the craftsmanship applied. Total customer satisfaction is our only goal.

High Plains is an active member of the Pueblo Association of Home Builders, who supports all aspects of the local homebuilding industry and works to keeps cost of purchasing a new home affordable to the general public. High Plains has been a member of the association for 7 years, while showcasing their quality homes at the annual Parade of Homes event. Jeff is the past president of the Pueblo Assoc. of Home Builders and a current member of PEDCO..
